This is a small hardware store, but they always seem to have just what I need, including odd items that I haven't found anywhere else. Easy parking and quick to get in and out. The employees are friendly and helpful. Sometimes the prices are even better than the giant hardware chains.

Store is always clean and organized. Staff is helpful if you approach them. I was back in today it's been a few months and the staff was just as helpful and friendly. I'll always shop here for hardware needs.

I recently discovered this place when I needed some supplies to refinish some bedroom furniture. The employees are attentive and pleasant to talk with. Unfortunately, I bought the wrong size pull-knobs and had to wait 2 months to be able to return them because of Covid. I was able to happily return them with no issues at all. I really like this store and I'm glad I found it! Also, let them know if you are a Veteran and you will get a 10% discount. Thanks!

Well staffed, friendly workers. I've always enjoyed shopping here. This visit I called ahead to verify a snow shovel was in stock. They confirmed the type I wanted was in stock, so I showed up and bought 2. Unfortunately that night it snowed 8.3" and I had to clean my driveway in the morning. Who would have known? Oh yeah, the weather man warned me. He was finally right this time. 😁 ❄️🌨️🥶☃️

3-21-25 Forged in Fire Associate, I apologize that we can't remember your name, but our conversation about various subjects, including a tomato for a chicken taco dinner, Forged in Fire tv show, and capers for chicken picatta dinner, while you were sharpening our knives, is unforgettable. I have used the Lincoln Park store numerous times throughout the years when work requires additional inventory or tools. It's not near my home, but I do a lot of business in the area. Always helpful, always friendly. Clean. Well stocked.

I love this ACE. Purchased a new lawnmower today and we’re so happy when we could get it assembled so quickly. The staff is always kind, helpful and friendly. Feels like your old time hardware store. Wish more people would skip the big box stores and shop smaller businesses with a hometown feel. It’s a hometown favorite and I love coming here to support them.

I visited your store on March 13th 2025. The customer service there was absolutely outstanding! I came from the sec of state next door and need bolts for my license plate. The women who helped me at that store were fantastic! I wish I would have gotten their names as they should be awarded for how outstanding they were and how professional they were! If I ever need to go to Ace again it will definitely be that store I will visit again. I wanted to say thank you to the women who were absolutely fantastic and helped me out yesterday! You all get a gold ⭐ If any of the management sees this know that you have an outstanding staff well done!!!

After grilling the associate about various grills (no pun intended). We purchased a Traeger Ironwood 650 on Sunday, It was Delivered pre-assembled and placed on our patio 2 days later. What a Great Experience!!! Thank You for the Great Service! We Appreciate such dedication to your customers.
